What training equipment do I need for the training program?
The exercises included in the training program are designed so that you don't need any special training equipment. For some exercises, using a chair or towel for support is recommended.
Since our program only uses your own body weight, training is not limited to any age group or specific fitness level.
It is important that you do not have any serious damage to your musculoskeletal system. So if there is currently serious damage, it would be important to clarify with your doctor in advance to what extent you are allowed to be active in sports. Please note the contraindications in this regard.
What are the recommended technical requirements for an optimal training program?
The following technical requirements should be met so that the program works smoothly and you can concentrate fully on the training: A stable internet connection with a download speed of 8 Mbps. The last browser update should not be older than one year. For the player to work for the videos, HTML5 must be supported. Ideally, your PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet should not be older than 5 years.
