What training equipment do I need for the training program?

The exercises included in the training program are designed so that you don't need any special training equipment. For some exercises, using a chair or towel for support is recommended.

Can anyone participate in the program or is it only suitable for younger people or athletes?

Since our program only uses your own body weight, training is not limited to any age group or specific fitness level.

Can I complete the training program if I have recurrent or persistent pain or limitations?

It is important that you do not have any serious damage to your musculoskeletal system. So if there is currently serious damage, it would be important to clarify with your doctor in advance to what extent you are allowed to be active in sports. Please note the contraindications in this regard.

What are the recommended technical requirements for an optimal training program?
